Roger Allen
Roger Allen is an internationally recognised senior business executive with over two decades of experience at Fortune 500 consulting and information technology companies, IBM & CSC. His responsibilities have been broad and included all aspects of business development, investment and performance of major acquisitions and complex projects. He was a member of IBM’s Regional Executive Management Group in Asia Pacific and CSC’s Global Senior Executive Leadership team respectively.
As Partner and Director of MergeCo International Corporate Advisory (MICA) a private corporate advisory firm and management consultancy, Mr Allen brings an extensive track record in business recovery, transformation, organic and acquisitive growth.
Peter Abrahamson
Peter Abrahamson is a Senior
Executive with more than ten years experience as CEO,Managing Director of an ASX listed company as well as major subsidiaries of Allergan Inc. and AMO Inc. Operated in Australia, New Zealand and recently in several Asian markets based in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Experience across a number of key facets of business including general management, sales, marketing, new product development, organisational development, strategic planning, manufacturing, quality assurance and executive coach. Over his career he has held positions ranging from Sales Representative to Managing Director and Regional Vice President across sectors including FMCG, food manufacturing and marketing, and the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Peter is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Paul Hawkins
With international experience that includes operational responsibility for 25 businesses over 20 countries and global project work for a number of multinationals, Paul focuses on extracting and preserving shareholder value through a variety of growth and business exit options.
In addition to extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, Paul has run major product and business unit development programmes and so is uniquely positioned to advise on "Build" versus "Buy" options for your business.
In Australia, Paul has had overall program management responsibility for acquisition and business integration of some well known brand names, including NRMA Life, ClearView and NRMA Health. He also oversaw CommSec's acquisition of the IWL share trading platform.
Paul is the Managing Director of MergeCo which he founded in 2005. He has an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and is a member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Dr Jeremy Chrisp
Dr Chrisp is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the commercialisation of Australian technology, with a focus on business development and the management of early stage opportunities. His approach includes the development of a clearly defined value proposition, a sustainable and competitive market entry strategy, and the establishment of an effective management team. He founded BSI Management Pty Ltd in 2001 which trades as Jeremy Chrisp & Associates as a management consulting company specialising in all commercialisation facets of the Australia biotechnology industry. In addition, Dr Chrisp is an Investment Manager for ANU Connect Ventures (www.anuconnectventures.com.au) and is a partner in an international biotechnology consultancy firm, Biomedical Strategy Consultants (www.biomedstrategy.com), which is based in Singapore.
Dr Chrisp has had over twenty four years experience in the Australian healthcare market, gained by working with leading global multinational companies, including Merck & Co, Stryker, Becton Dickinson & Medtronic.
Positions held include: clinical research associate, sales representative, product manager, marketing manager, business development manager, sales & marketing manager as well as managing director.
Dr Chrisp holds a PhD in physiology from the University of Canterbury (NZ) and has had extensive market experience; including the running of clinical trials, the sales and marketing of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, both capital and single use items, diagnostics, and surgical implants, covering disciplines such as anaesthetics, general surgery, minimally invasive surgery, orthopaedics, cardiology, respiratory medicine and ophthalmology. He also has 10 publications and is a graduate and fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Fellow of the AICD.

Ash Noah
Ash Noah heads up the MergeCo operations in the USA. Prior to joining MergeCo, he was most recently with TNT, a Global Fortune 500 company as Business Unit Chief Financial Officer for the Americas, Middle East & Africa. His 26 years in business includes having responsibility for operations in 46 countries and having undertaken M&A transactions in Spain, Brazil, Russia, India and Chile. Ash has lived and worked in the USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Turkey and Greece, and has been a key part of turnaround teams in Australia, Brazil, Korea, Indonesia, India, Denmark, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.
